Usually, the easy fix for this is to clear whatever error has happened in the Print Queue and wait 10 minutes. My issue is, on an intermittent basis, their printer will show as 'Offline'. For the moment, this setup cannot be changed due to the way our Plasma machines are set up - so we are stuck with the old computer. I have two users in my Production office, who both use AutoDesk CAD software, with one being a fairly new machine with an up to date version of the software, and one being a very old machine running an old version of the software.
